Through its network of six 501(c)(3)s and 501 (c)(4)’s and hundreds of grassroots organizations operating as projects, along with a for-profit entity at the top, the network is capable of funneling billions of dollars in dark money during each election cycle with millions passing between projects and nonprofits while the average voter is none the wiser. During the 2020 election cycle alone, over $2 billion in dark money was funneled through the network. Through the contributions of wealthy left-wing billionaires, a vast amount can be applied through the network towards numerous Democrat policy campaigns, from healthcare and education to foreign policy and the economy.
