It’s just more proof suggesting that the Big Government healthcare alliance is falling apart.

Meanwhile, Sen. Jon Kyl (R-Arizona) introduced legislation aimed at blunting the impact of provisions in the February stimulus bill that help lay the groundwork for a government takeover of medicine.
