Who Are the Ballot Cleansers?

On The Vicki McKenna Show, CRC’s Parker Thayer talks with guest host Matt Kittle about efforts to remove Donald Trump from the primary elections in several states. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a legal advocacy group, appears to be the main group behind the “ballot cleansers” in Colorado, Maine, and Wisconsin. CREW is apparently funded with “dark money” from the usual assortment of leftist foundations.

Thayer suggests that the real purpose of these cases is not to attack Trump, although that would be a bonus, but to force the Supreme Court to weigh in on a controversial case, further infuriating the Left against the Court.
