Video: What Is Ballot Harvesting?

Following the 2020 discussion about election integrity ramped up, and people were introduced to new terms such as ballot harvesting.

So what is ballot harvesting and how exactly does it threaten democracy? Ballot harvesting can happen when ballots are mailed to every voter in a state regardless of whether they requested an absentee ballot. In many states it is legal for third-party organizations to collect ballots and return them. Regrettably, this practice can easily be abused.
