Socialist Mel Watt (D-NC) Defends the Fed

What’s wrong with this picture?

Rep. Mel Watt (D-N.C.), a member of the far-left Congressional Progressive Caucus, defended the totally out-of-control Federal Reserve Board saying an audit of it would “substantially castrate the Fed so it cannot do what it was set up to do.”

I thought socialists hated the Fed, viewing it as a key instrument of capitalist oppression.
