Like Charlie Rangel, Bianca Jagger has to Obey Rent Control Laws too

After House Ways and Means chairman Charlie Rangel (D-New York) took major heat for having multiple rent controlled-apartments, a court has held another rent control abuser to account.

Bianca Jagger was booted from her posh Manhattan apartment after a court ruled she wasn’t legally entitled to live there because it wasn’t her primary residence.

Jagger thinks she’s above the law. She is also refusing to pay a reward to an Austrian man who found her ring.
