Gore Equates Global Warming Bill to Civil Rights

According to the Washington Examiner’s Kevin Mooney, Al Gore equates the cause of global warming legislation with the civil rights legislation of the 1960s.

Gore testified to a House panel in support of a cap and trade bill that promises to cripple the U.S. economy.  Any cap and trade legislation that is passed will radically drive up energy prices, ensuring that only folks as wealth as Gore will be able to afford to drive anywhere.

Cap and trade is a tax and it is an expensive tax.  It is a tax.  It is a tax.  It is a tax.  I can’t say it enough.
