Former Crackhead Mayor Marion Barry in Trouble Again

Marion Barry, the liberal former mayor of the District of Columbia who years ago was videotaped smoking crack and sent to prison, has again failed to file tax returns.

Convinced he is a living god, Barry did this while on probation for not filing his taxes.

Barry is now a member of the D.C. city council.
