Another Nominee with Tax Problems

This is becoming tiresome.

Capricia Penavic Marshall, President Obama’s nominee to be chief of protocol at the State Department, failed to file taxes in 2005 and 2006.

It has happened so many times with the new administration it’s not even interesting anymore.
