Al Gore Attempts to Silence Opponents

Americans for Prosperity reports that officials on Al Gore’s home turf (Nashville, Tennessee) were giving AFP grief over launching a hot-air balloon the group already received legal permission to launch. The plan involves flying a balloon emblazoned with a message skeptical of climate change alarmism over Gore’s estate. Gore spokeswoman Kalee Kreider threatened AFP earlier this week, saying “We’re making inquiries” to see whether the balloon launch violates any local ordinances.

It says a lot about Al Gore that he not only refuses to debate global warming skeptics but also won’t tolerate dissent.
