Senator Al Franken?

The recount board convened by ACORN ally and Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie has officially certified Democrat Al Franken as victor in the U.S. Senate race there despite massive electoral fraud.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-New York) is playing hardball, demanding Franken be seated immediately notwithstanding the expected court challenges to the certification.

Meanwhile, while Schumer demands an illegimately elected senator be seated Senate leaders are refusing to seat a legitimately appointed senator from Illinois, Roland Burris.
