Lawyers Gone Wild

That’s the title of a new five-part series on class action lawsuit abuse appearing in the Examiner, a new Washington, DC newspaper that’s giving the Post and the Times a run for the money. (It’s particularly excellent at covering city schools.) Today’s feature story is written by Examiner editorial page editor Mark Tapscott and free lance writer Cheryl Chumley. Chumley has written some excellent pieces for Capital Research Center, including one on the leftwing Congressional Progressive Caucus in our January Foundation Watch.
